Fresh Pasta (Virtual)

In this two hour virtual class we will learn how to make the staple of Italian Cuisine Fresh pasta using just eggs and flour. We will roll out some wonderful lasagna sheets, fettuccine and prepare an outstanding white sauce. Link to zoom class will be provided in confirmation email, after completion of registration.

  • 4 Eggs
  • Flour 4 cups or 4oo grams ( I use 00 flour mixed with semola)
  • 250 ml Whipping cream
  • 500 ml peas frozen or from can or fresh
  • 100 grams ham not smoked
  • ¼ cup butter
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Pot to boil water
  • Stir fry pan
  • Pasta machine or rolling pin
  • Knife
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Love
