Gnocchi (Virtual)

In this 1.5 hr live class we will make potato Gnocchi and two different sauces, tomato sauce and Butter and sage. Link to zoom class will be provided in confirmation email, after completion of registration.

Ingredients to have ready:

  • 2 lbs of potatoes already boiled and Rised
  • 1 egg and 3 cups of flour
  • Butter ½ cup
  • Sage few leaves
  • 1 can of plums  tomatoes
  • Extra Virgin olive oil
  •  Garlic or onion
  • Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Stir fry pan
  • Pot to boil water
  • Potato ricer
  • Love
